Taco Seasoned Turkey and Veggies

Ingredients Needed:

Ground Turkey- 1lb at least

Mixed Veggies

Stewed Tomatoes - 1 Can

Taco Seasoning:

2 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Paparika

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp salt

1 Tsp pepper

Start by mixing the seasoning into a bowl with the ground turkey.

Heat up the cast iron skillet and get it nice and hot. Add some EVO. Place the turkey into the skillet but be careful of splash back. Always place away from your body.

Continue to cook turkey by itself in the skillet for about 5-7 mins. Get nice and browned.

Meanwhile, start heating up the pot. Add some EVO. Place the veggies into the pot and add some salt and pepper. Continue to cook for about 5-7 mins.

Combined the turkey to the veggies and add 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Continue to cook on a lower temp (medium heat) and let cook for another 5 mins.

Turn Off heat and enjoy!!!
