When I am on the morning go and I need a healthy snack this is my go to quick fix. This is a Brown rice cake with Almond butter, raspberries, blueberries and a honey drizzle. Also, be sure to use natural organic honey.




Be aware of different kinds of almond butter. Check your labels.
