1. Healthy fats- things like avocado, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, nut butters (try to keep away from peanut butter), Olive Oil, Flaxseed

2. Fiber- This makes you feel fuller right away

3. Protein- Helps you stay fuller for longer. The fat also helps communicate to your hormones to tell you to stop eating.

Best well rounded way to stay fuller longer is to include nuts into your meals and snacking
